FAQ
What is the Regional Area?
Our regional area is the geographic areas where we offer free delivery, free setup of your new mattress set and free removal of your old bedding. If you're in our regional area and you need a bed in a hurry, we can also offer you delivery on some models in 3 days or less. Most other internet mattress retailers will use other delivery companies to deliver their beds, and there usually is additional fees to setup the bed ("white glove" delivery). With MattressHotlineExpress, if you are in our regional area, we offer the mattress set delivery and setup as well as removal of your old bedding at no additional cost. There's no hassles or add-on fees. (If your delivery address doesn't fall within those counties, there may may be an additional charge for delivery. Free free to call 877-454-3211 if you have any questions.)

How can I tell if I need a new mattress?
Here are a few hints that may indicate it is time for a new mattress:
- You purchased your current mattress over eight years ago. The average span of a quality mattress is eight to ten years.
- You wake up feeling more tired than when you went to sleep. If you are in good health and this happens to you, it is probably time for a new mattress.
- You get a better nights' sleep on the sofa.
- Your mattress looks worn and uneven. Upholstery levels compress unevenly over time. If you have sags and imprints in excess of two inches, it may be time for a new mattress.
What is your comfort guarantee?
Our comfort guarantee applies to mattress sets retailing $999.00 and above. You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 days, which will allow you to adjust to your new mattress. If, after 14 days, you still are not comfortable with your mattress, just give us a call at 877-454-3211. We will allow for a one-time comfort exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for the difference in price, plus a fee of $199 and the redelivery charge.
How much should I spend on a new mattress?
Mattress prices range from $99.00 to $6,500.00. We recommend you buy the best quality mattress you can afford. Keep in mind the average person spends one-third of their life in bed. A bed is one of the best investments a person can make. When you divide the cost of a quality mattress over its 10 year life, that is only pennies per night.
Should I replace my boxspring when purchasing a new mattress?
Yes. A good boxspring is as important as a good mattress. It acts like a shock absorber for the mattress. If you put a new mattress on an old boxspring, it will wear quicker than a mattress put on the floor. However, we do sell mattresses separately.
How long should my bedding last?
According to the Better Sleep Council, you should replace your mattress every 8-10 years. However, there are a few things you can do to add life to your new mattress. Buy a mattress with tempered coils and precompressed upholstery layers. A high quality mattress pad will keep the cover form dry-rotting prematurely. Turn your mattress so the layers of padding will settle evenly.
Why does each retailer have a different name for the same product?
This gives each retailer the opportunity to set their own unique price points and also give the perception of exclusivity. If you need a mattress comparison on Sealy, Simmons, or Stearns and Foster...Give us a call at 1-877-454-3211 and we will gladly give you our equivalent model.
